Accelerator Salesforce Topic Listener - Implementation Template

This asset is used in the following MuleSoft Accelerators:

• MuleSoft Accelerator for Financial Services, which accelerates implementation of essential integration use cases such as customer bank accounts sync across systems.
• MuleSoft Accelerator for Retail — includes pre-built APIs, connectors, integration templates, and reference architecture to enable retail IT teams to jumpstart digital transformation initiatives.
• MuleSoft Accelerator for SAP — includes pre-built APIs, connectors, integration templates, and reference architecture to simplify connectivity between SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Salesforce.

The Salesforce Topic Listener application supports the following functionality:

• Listens for Case events from the Salesforce push topic, converts the event payload to CIM and publishes it to Anypoint MQ.
• Listens for Customer (Person Account & Account) events from Salesforce push topic, converts the event payload to CIM and publishes it to Anypoint MQ.
• Listens for Contact events from Salesforce push topic, converts the event payload to CIM and publishes it to Anypoint MQ.
• Listens for Opportunity events from Salesforce push topic, converts the event payload to Order CIM, creates an order in SAP HANA and publishes the Order CIM to Anypoint MQ.
• Listens for an Order from the Salesforce Platform Event created by the Order trigger, converts the event payload to an Order CIM, publishes the Order CIM to Anypoint MQ, which then creates the order in SAP S/4HANA.
