Accelerator Salesforce Bulk System API - Implementation Template

This integration template implements the Accelerator Salesforce Bulk System API specification.

The bulk API is used to insert large number of records into Salesforce from an inbound Anypoint MQ queue. THe application sends back an acknowledgement with an id which can be used to track the status of the bulk job.
