• To enroll individual members in a loyalty program, use the Member Enrolment API.
• To get profile details, use the Member Profile API.
• To get voucher details, use the Member Vouchers API.
• To create accrual and redemption orders, use the Order Placement API.

Enable Loyalty Management POS API Powered by MuleSoft

With the AnyPoint Starter for Industries license, you can set up the Loyalty Management POS API Powered by MuleSoft app. To enable Loyalty Management POS API Powered by MuleSoft:

1. On your Salesforce org with Loyalty Management instance, install Loyalty Management POS API Unlocked Package. See Set Up Loyalty Management Integrations API.
2. From Anypoint Exchange, locate and install Loyalty Management POS API Powered by MuleSoft.
3. From your Salesforce org, go to Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and select Industries Integration Settings, and enable integration for the Loyalty Management POS API Powered by MuleSoft app.
4. Connect your POS system with MuleSoft. After the POS system is connected, test the connection by running the Get Token API, which returns a token string. This token string is embedded in subsequent API calls from the POS system.
